Acceptance and Commitment Therapy in the here and now

Simone Schut

Do you want to discover what really matters to you? How to focus on that? And how to help your students do the same? With the basic principles of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, you learn to deal with everything you think, feel and experience on your way to realising what is really important to you in your life.

Using a number of concrete ACT techniques, in this workshop you will learn how to effectively transform limiting emotions and beliefs into valuable actions, so that you become less absorbed in worries about the past or the future, and can be more present in the here and now. Useful for increasing your own and your students' resilience!
