How to implement the updated education model?

UU recently updated its educational model. The education model consists of UU's educational vision and the translation of the vision into the graduate attributes; the attributes that graduates have developed in the areas of qualification, socialisation and personal formation.

But what if the principles in the model are difficult to put into practice? And how do we prevent individual staff and students from struggling with it?

In this workshop, we jointly explore how to increase the implementation power needed for the educational model. To this end, we will work on identifying apparent contradictions in the model, and discuss them them thematically in various groups.
