Reflecting on you teaching: use metafores!

When reflecting on your role and responsibilities as a teacher, it can be useful to use metaphors. For example, do you see yourself on the front of the bike and the student on the back? Is the student sometimes allowed to steer? And who decides where you go?

In this workshop, we will reflect metaphorically on different aspects of being a teacher. We will also discuss how metaphors can be used to get your students to reflect.
